Licensing Agreement

By downloading images from the alarm.com website, you, on behalf of your employer, principal, or any other person or legal entity on whose behalf you enter into this Image Use License Agreement (the “License”) between you and Alarm.com Incorporated (“Alarm.com”), acknowledge that downloading images on the alarm.com website will constitute your legally binding electronic signature to this License and that, prior to accepting and signing this License electronically, you have read and understood its terms. The terms and conditions contained in this License may be changed, modified, supplemented or updated by Alarm.com from time to time by posting on Alarm.com’s website and you will be bound by any such changed, modified, supplemented, or updated terms and conditions if you continue to use the Images after such changes are posted.

Alarm.com hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to use the images listed on or accessed via this website (the “Images”) solely for journalistic purposes (whether in print, on television, or via the internet). Alarm.com shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the Images, including any intellectual property or other proprietary rights therein. You shall not alter the content, structure, design, or quality of any Image in the course of use of such Image pursuant to this License or remove, alter or obscure any proprietary legends associated with such Images.

Alarm.com may terminate or suspend this License at any time and for any reason, in whole or in part, effective immediately upon the earlier of (1) notice of such termination being provided to you directly or (2) posting of termination of this License at this website.

You may only use the Images in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and may not use any Images in any manner that may (i) cause confusion regarding any Alarm.com products or services or (ii) create a false impression or likelihood of confusion in the minds of consumers as to Alarm.com’s affiliation with or endorsement, sponsorship, or support of any product or service.

Alarm.com’s maximum cumulative liability to you relating to this License and your maximum remedy for any and all causes relating to this License shall be limited to an amount no greater than $100 US Dollars.
