Alarm.com Releases New Upgrades To Partner Services Platform

Vienna, VA – April 15, 2015 –Alarm.com, the leading technology platform powering the Smart Home, announced today enhancements to its Partner Services Platform to give its Dealer Partners more tools to grow, support and manage their Smart Home Security business. The industry-leading Partner Services Platform now includes new sales tools, installation apps, customer engagement and upsell programs, and training resources.

Alarm.com's continues to invest in enterprise services to support the end-to-end needs of Smart Home Security Dealers. The full suite of services includes Sales and Marketing, Lead Generation, Installation Apps, Customer Activation, Customer Support tools, Ongoing Customer Engagement and Upsell. In addition, Business Insights provides powerful tools and data analysis to help Alarm.com Dealers identify opportunities to build value in their account bases.

Alarm.com's Partner Services adapt to support the specific business needs of any Dealer Partner and can be used as individual tools or as a comprehensive platform.

New enhancements include:

Sales and Marketing: Alarm.com released a new Mobile Sales App to help dealers more effectively demonstrate the capability and benefits of Smart Home services. It offers an immersive and engaging demo experience for in-person customer meetings and complements the existing breadth of marketing and sales collateral, website and lead generation support available to Alarm.com Dealers. The new app will be available for iOS and Android.

Installation Tools:Two years ago, Alarm.com introduced MobileTech the first mobile app designed specifically to help installers with fast, accurate installations of security and home automation devices. New upgrades to MobileTech include a Smart Thermostat installation wizard that configures HVAC settings automatically to reduce errors and return trips.

Customer Engagement: Alarm.com offers Customer Connections, a complete customer relationship management service. Dealer-branded email messaging keeps Alarm.com's Partners deeply connected to their customers and drives engagement and increased account value. In addition to account welcome and engagement programs, Alarm.com has added new campaigns to support 2G upgrades and to capture upsell opportunities in a Dealer's current install base.

Training: The Alarm.com Academy offers monthly training classes on the full suite of interactive services from Alarm.com. Based on Dealer requests, Alarm.com launched a new regional Sales & Marketing and Technical training program. Expanded curriculum for the Academy Online offers anytime access to exceptional training resources so Dealers can easily stay up to date on new technology in a quickly changing category.
